He said it would take 5 days I added to paint my master bathroom kitchen and staircase walls and overhead ceiling. Said he could do it as he was already doing the patches so it was a mater of just more paint and a few hours. Did it all in 5 days. I and the wife are very Happy with the work ? looks like a new house.“

The end result is beautiful. John, his painter did an excellent job sanding, caulking, and repairing holes on both my bay windows. “John first came to our attention when he helped my parents (seniors) with their house as they prepared to sell it. He was honest, he did what he said he was going to do (incl phone calls & appts) and he charged very reasonable fees. He treated my parents with respect and gave suggestions to make the work more efficient and/or save them cost. My partner and I hired him to replace screen door hinges and install a chain. He assured us we did not need to replace the whole door; this was good news. Next, he looked at the windows (25 years old) that weren't able to open or close properly. He assessed the situation and said the windows were still good & didn't need replacement. Instead, he bought parts for the cranks and the mechanisms that actually open the windows. Parts and labor came to $220 vs what we would have spent had we replaced the whole windows: $1600 (not including labor)!
