“Tony from Homesavers left an excellent impression overall, from the minute I called him. I recently had a new carpet installed, but the installed carpet was too high for four of my doors. They needed around half an inch each cut off the bottom so they could open and close over the carpet.Two previous contractors refused to do the service, replying that the job was too small to warrant driving to my location, and that was only after waiting for some time. One of the affected doors was my front door, which required a lot of force to open, so I considered this a priority job. Tony answered his phone promptly, simply asking me to email the job details so he would have a copy. He knew exactly what needed to be done; I barely had to explain the job at all.On-site, he went out of his way to accommodate the difficulties of the task. I got a postcard from Andy and decided to give them a shot. I really liked that they didn't charge by the hour, but gave you a price for the job. The only other place was charging about $200 to walk in the door and couldn't come for a couple of weeks. Andy came immediately in the person of Steven Wisniewski and he was wonderful.
