“I just want to share how wonderful Hector was in helping me and my husband with our air conditioner unit today. The temperature in our house was up to 81 degrees despite setting it to much lower the last two days. I originally called a different company that I had a maintenance agreement with. They came and said there was ice in it and said to turn it off and let it defrost and they would come back to finish the maintenance the next day. When they came back, they wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a temporary fix. This is when I decided to get a second opinion and found Perfect Air. He came over right away on a Sunday and the total cost to repair it was approximately the price of what the other company was just charging for the refrigerant.
