I called and left word with the weekend answering service describing the urgency of the matter. Clearly the answering service followed through with conveying the message because the following morning I received a call from the office stating that a technician would be out within the next 2 hours. “We have used Steele Mechanical for several services, all ending with the same results. A quick call back when leaving a message for emergency service when heater was failing on holiday weekend. Scott was able to diagnose and correct boiler and get heat working within the hour of his arrival. Scheduled maintenance for air condenser, arrival was prompt service was affordable. “Had a problem that three other HVAC contractors had misdiagnosed, including cutting open a wall, replaced wiring etc., all for nothing, except costing us over $600 and a lot of wasted time. Talked to Tim, who sent Aaron over the next day. Told Aaron what we thought the problem may be, but he did his own diagnosis, starting with the most likely causes, and boom! He figured out it was just a bad thermostat, and replaced it for a fraction of what we had already spent (wasted). Can't recommend these guys enough. “Nobody is ever prepared for the air conditioner to break in the summer, except for TemperaturePro! Our A/C condenser shut off and PSEG came out to identify that there was likely a leak with the coolant. We then immediately called TemperaturePro to investigate the problem further. They were able to send out an expert technician that same evening to confirm our suspicions. Ghassan came out the next day to discuss our options for repair or a new unit, and we decided to go with a new RUUD unit. By the end of the week, then unit had been ordered and by Tuesday, a technician was installing our new outdoor unit.
