“Update: I have been continuously working with Zaina Service Tech for the past 3 years and I highly recommend them. Highly technical and fair.I used Zaina after having gone through 5 different companies trying to identify my AC issues. My AC unit wasn't cooling and I called Zaina to see what's going on. Every year I have this problem twice a year. People would come out and just try to fix the issue by refilling the refrigerant, nobody was able to identify why the system was leaking. Zaina came out to my house multiple times to try to identify the issues. He had a lot of tech/tools with him and was able to identify the leak and show my exactly what was going on with my unit. A problem 5 different companies wasted my money and never able to figure out.After getting a quote from him, he gave me a great price on replacing my unit. He was honest from the first call and being an engineer myself, I saw how thorough he is in his work. He replaced my unit in 1 day and tested every little detail of the new system. “WONDERFUL PEOPLE! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I have a unique plumbing situation in my Manhattan apartment. My water system is separate from the building I live in. I have struggled for years to find a company that will work on my water system at all-let alone do competent work. My Super found Sideris Plumbing for me after a different plumbing company, a company who installed a pressure pump for me only 3 years earlier, refused to service that same pump! I called and Kimona (who I assume is the office manager) promptly returned my call for service and she was professional and pleasant and kind! Kimona arranged for John to come out and fix ALL my water problems. I had a real mess on my hands. By the time everything was fixed, I met 4 different guys. ALL friendly and ALL professional. And my water pressure and hot water has never been better. I really had no idea that I had been living with poor water pressure and poorly working hot water. “After being away from home for 1 week, my wife and I returned home on Saturday, 8/24/24 only to find that our air conditioning system was not working. I immediately called Reiner Group Inc and received a call back from the on-call serviceman, Ken, who arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. My a/c compressor needed to be replaced and he also recommended that the air handler be replaced because of its age. He said he would refer the problem to Rich Sellitto, HVAC Engineer. Rich emailed me early Monday morning and presented me with several options. I called him and spoke with him at length about the options and we agreed verbally what I should do. He sent me a revised contract which I carefully reviewed and signed.
On Tuesday, Rich came to my house early in the morning and sketched out a plan for the installation of the new air handler in the attic. We reviewed everything that was going to be done. He answered all of my questions. He took the signed contract back to the office to expedite the process. He arranged for Ivan, the Installation Supervisor, to come to my house on Wednesday to see what materials would be needed. He arranged for the installation of the new a/c system to be done on Thursday, 8/29/24. Five days from beginning to end! This would never have happened without the expertise of Rich Sellitto! I consider him a trusted friend! Thanks Reiner!
