“My condo had severe water damage in early January and Consolidated Environmental was the company that came to do the mold mitigation (commercial dehumidifiers, opening walls, and removing damaged flooring).I only have positive things to say about Felix's team (Jorge/George, Mauricio, and others). They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. He calmed our anxiety as this is our first time going through something like this. When we had to be out of town, Felix was more than happy to video chat during the builder walkthrough.I honestly cannot thank him and his team enough. Such great people. We got hit with a leak on the roof in one of kids bedrooms and Floor issues in our family and living rooms after strong winds and rain hit our Area. We called our home insurance and they sent Gemini to do assessment and remediation and they got there 2 days after we placed a call to our home Insurance. “I worked with Darek and Jerry from Jersey Dry Waterproofing because we constantly had water coming into our basement and I can 100% recommend them to anybody. Key things I want to highlight are the quality of work, their wiligness to customize their service depending on your needs, and their professional / non-commercial process (from initial consultation to final delivery).When we were shopping for basement waterproofing companies, we compared 3 different companies with high Google ratings in ther Jersey City area. Other companies had an overly complicated product, did not offer similar value for money, and/or were extermely commercial / aggressive during the initial consultation phase.Jersey Dry Waterproofing ultimatelely convinced us, because they took the time up front to explain all the work in detail. Darek came to our house twice to make sure he can best customize their offering to our needs. In addition, Jersey Dry was the only company that offered to take care of the building permit process incl. filings at the Jersey City City Hall.Once we signed the contract with Jersey Dry and after paying a small deposit, the team scheduled 3-4 days to complete the job. The constuction team was lead by Jerry and they did an excellent job keeping our belongings clean, reducing noise levels to a minimum (we had a baby in the house during the project and we didn't hear a thing), and keeping me up to date with progress. After 4 days, the job was completed and the team left the basement cleaner than they found it. One thing to highlight is that Jerry invested extra time to make sure that all our needs were met. “Our insurance company set it up for us when our pipes broke and our ceiling collapsed in our master bedroom doing a lot of damage. First the response team came with machines to dry everything out and remove the wet carpet. Then we had Jennifer come out to check the damage . She was great . Can't say enough about this very lovely young lady. They arranged a suitable date to start renovation and restoration. The men they sent were also amazing . Did the job in two days. Looks like this damage never happened. They put down the flooring we picked and redid the ceiling and all work to make our bedroom beautiful again. I will definitely use PD again.
