I believe that Dr. Dashevsky is the most exceptional physician I have encountered in the United States. Her comprehensive holistic approach proves the best for me. I experienced the worst discrimination I have ever experienced when dealing with this practice. I was making an appointment and things were going well. They accepted my insurance and gave me a date. When I inquired if they take my secondary insurance that I have due to being the spouse of a disabled person and two special needs children--all of a sudden they couldn't take my appointment. I contacted my primary insurance which I get through work and was advised there is no reason that having this secondary insurance should proclude me from being seen at any practice. I have been to a number of doctors without issue who only accept my primary. They should have been honest and said that they don't want to see people in their office who they perceive to be poor or low. I would have respected that more than the lies of it being office policy. It's illegal.
