First time patient. First, great check-in experience, Suma greeted me and was warm and welcoming. One isnt always made to feel important at a medical provider's office so it gave a great start.Second, I was called ON TIME! This delighted me as I am used to physician offices making me sit in waiting room well beyond my scheduled appointment time.Everything else followed suit - professional, personable, informative examination and discussion with doctor Kaufmann.I am fortunate to add him and his staff to my set of trusted medical providers.
