“Brian Anderson is an extraordinarily bright, diligent and professional plumber. He's easy to talk to, as well as fun to be around, (in case you like that in a plumber.) I really liked his dad, too, and I'll miss him. Our old house near Bridgeton needed a lot, and Brian installed a really nice bathroom, and upgraded and maintained a lot of the plumbing infrastructure, including water-well switch-tank, sump pump, hose bib, and a variety of other minor items. One of the great things about Brian is his proactive stance: he's quick to let you know that a piece of equipment is failing (as our well tank was) so you don't have to find out the hard way. He's really responsive, too, both in an emergency and for the routine stuff, as well. I completely trust this guy and would recommend him with no reservations.“

We were able to be squeezed in very quickly and were given the option to pay a flat rate, or pay by the hour + materials. We were actually referred to them by a former employee. “Heating Specialties (HS) did my yearly service on 9-23-25 with Gary Parsons the tech who conducted the service. He did a great job, was polite and profession al. HS is a good business. HS has been my company for many years. You cannot beat HS.“

End of the day a new toilet was installed same day, work was performed well and care was taken to not damage floor tiles around the area.
