Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with in person or on the phone has been nothing but professional, friendly, know their craft, and has exceptional workmanship. What started out which I thought was going to be a simple job turned into a bigger one. The owner, Pete was at my home within an hour after receiving a call from Joe R about the situation with a rotting subfloor and excessive damage. After evaluating the situation, he made a phone call and within an hour three additional Sanders workers were at my home preparing and fixing the bathroom.
