“I love this hot yoga studio. Although yoga isn't my only means to work out, I do enjoy coming here every so often as I am guaranteed a wonderful experience every single time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well as motivating which is much appreciated for this type of workout. They offer wonderful memberships that make it easy to make this a routine. Hot yoga has improved my health and wellness so much. I not only get a great workout but I generally feel well afterwards. It is also an extremely clean studio, note you do remove your shoes by the front door which I personally love. I highly recommend this studio.“
