“We used Basralian Funeral Home a few years ago and they did such an amazing job we called them again when my mom passed. Bill and Vanessa are warm and sympathetic, and at the same time totally professional. They accommodated every one of my mothers final wishes and did not make us feel rushed. They answered every question, gave us wonderful suggestions, and even offered to touch up my moms hair if I brought them her hair color. There was not one detail overlooked. Vanessa gave us the link to upload our photos for the video. Not ONLY did she put our photos to the music we selected, she put the pictures in chronological order. Their rooms are bright, spacious and clean. They coordinated everything with the mausoleum. Best of all, in spite of our grief, they did not try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. I highly recommend them.“
