Asked them to refill a script last week, no response. Had doctor reach out to resend script, no response. Emailed them since I was working and couldn't call, no response. Tried to check out online, there was a processing error. Finally got in touch with someone, was told too late, we will call in the morning. No call. Reached out to get script filled and politely asked them to waive their same day delivery fee since I had no medicine, and been reaching out for days " we can't do that". I feel like I'm being held hostage because my normal medicine isn't available and have to go tho these inept bozos. They are lucky I have no other choice, but they are a terribly run business. Zero stars if I could.

Brian at the front counter is wonderful. So kind and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff but I can't. I've had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Once a month I refill exactly the same medications and it shouldn't be that difficult, but it is. I always have to call to confirm that the medication is being filled, and i am put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes, only to be transferred to someone else who puts me on hold for another 10 minutes. They don't follow up with my doctor for refills, even though they say they will. This month, I was under the impression that they were contacting my doctor to get authorization to refill my meds (under the impression because that's what they told me!), but when I called after a few days to verify that it was being refilled, they told me to contact my doctor to have him authorize it. I would have done that in the first place and not delayed the medication refill. They don't return calls even though they promise they will. When I finally secure a refill, they say they will deliver it. it never gets delivered on the day they say it will, which causes me to call yet again, and be placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Once it was delivered to the wrong house and they asked me to check with my neighbors to see if they received it. I've always liked to deal with small pharmacies because I feel I will get personalized service. I can get better service at one of the "big box" pharmacies. There are so many pharmacies in the area, I don't need to return to this one, and I won't.

ZERO STARS HERE...White Oak Pharmacy that my family has used and trusted for many years is now the absolute worst. They NEVER answer the phone, they take days to fill a prescription, and depending on the day you're there are nasty and rude. Today was the last straw. My husband was in desperate need of his prescription and they were supposed to be open until 7 o'clock. 4:55 he was walking to the door just as the clerk was approaching to lock it. He asked if he could please just pick up his prescription as it was imperative, and the guy said no and locked the door. I don't know if they are new owners or what, but we have never been treated this way in our 30 years of using white oak. They have just lost loyal customers.
