I have been here twice so far and will continue to come back. The staff is great and Dr. Elena Vitenzon is always friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time to find the right prescription that works best for me.
Is this place open? Does anyone answer? I’ve been calling and calling and no one responds. What are the office hours?I have to modify this review while leaving the previous up because they were actually very responsive - the office was closed for an emergency on the day I called. I did receive a callback the next morning. The lady was extremely helpful and kind and she was able to find me an appointment the same day. Thanks so much and so sorry about that.
They were very friendly, detailed, and patient with the exam process. Not pushy at all with trying to sell glasses or contacts, but I’m definitely going to buy from the business since they did a phenomenal job with figuring out what was wrong with my vision/ eyelids!
