“This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“

The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the finish work like the tile work, wood flooring, painting, cabinet installation, etc. We've now been through a renovation with our vacation home in another state, which was a nightmare, so now we realize how lucky we were to have Mark 1. The only negative is that it took twice as long to move back in as originally estimated, but I'd been warned by others that contractors always underestimate the time it will take for the work so we were prepared for that.
