“I had a huge wasp nest nestled under the overhang of my roof that I needed removed. I had called a few national exterminators for estimates and all wanted to sell me an annual contract just to agree to do the removal. I had been down that road before with a mice problem I had a few years ago so I’m very familiar with how those plans work. I hit pause on those national companies and I embarked on a search for a small, honest company who could do the removal for me. I stumbled across this company and read all of their positive reviews. I first made contact with Stephani who represented the company well with her excellent customer service skills. She assured me that they wouldn’t try to sell me on a contract and gave me a firm, reasonably priced quote over the phone for the removal. Elysse and Trevor came to my home on the scheduled day and completed the task quickly and efficiently. Trevor also noticed an ant problem I was having around the perimeter of my house and took care of that as well. They were both so polite and caring and I’m elated to have found this needle in a haystack. If you’re looking to do business with a family that checks all the boxes, your search (like mine) is done. You won’t regret it!“

“My son noticed a bat in our dining room sitting above the window woodwork at 10:30 at night. We tried to capture it and take it outside but it squirmed and my son lost it. The bat ducked down into a crack between the wall and the window woodwork. We called NJAC and Wildlife Inspector Chris Holt came and inspected our home for holes and cracks, as well as any bat feces in our attic. He took a video of the crack between the wall and the window woodwork and we could see a bat in the crack. He found nothing other, assuming it was a one time episode, possibly a bat entering our chimney cap and flying into the dining room. We have had no further problems. Since bats cannot live more than 24 hours without food or water, we assume the bat is dead. Chris assured us there would be no smell as bats have very little body mass. Chris did a thorough inspection and I am pleased with his work ethic.“
