Richard was great. He explained in detail what he would be doing and informed me of the signs of pests that he was checking the house for. He is a great representative for Aptive, showcasing professionalism and a vast knowledge base.
Tara was amazing today. She took the time to thoroughly assess the pest issue in my home, set up a process to identify root causes and promised to personally come back to see if her hunches were correct. She followed up with a text encompassing what she did while she was here, next steps and what i need to do in the meantime. Looking forward to her next visit!
Tara provided outstanding service today. She is tentative to my concerns and addressed my issues thoroughly. I’ve been with Aptive for quite some time now and out of all the representatives that have come here I can honestly say she is the best. I hope the time I take to provide feedback goes toward her performance and recognition. I don’t always do this but she deserves the recognition.
