“We've have received EXCELLENT work from Raynor every time. Most recently (January 2025) they replaced our very old 200 amp panel, which was a very complicated job due to the existence of our Kohler standby generator which has it's own panel. I worked with Ashley (in the office) who kept the communications flowing in a way that far exceeded the kind of minimal communications one receives from other contractors. We always knew what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. "Rocky" came out to my home to examine the job and returned to do the work along with Steve. These guys did an excellent job installing my very complicated panel. It was incredible to see what they had to do to get the old panel out and the new panel in. They are VERY skilled professionals. My other experiences with Raynor were just as good. They installed my Kohler standby generator along with a transfer switch and and associated electrical panel. It was a huge job done successfully. After that, they did an even bigger job by removing ancient knob and tube wiring from all three stories of our home plus the basement. The electrician was Will and I can tell you that he is a magician at snaking wires and finding the BEST way to minimize damage to walls and ceilings. The job he did was unbelievable. Do not hesitate to hire this excellent company.“

“We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints. I will recommend Robaire to anyone who is looking into A\C for their house.“

“We’ve used B&B for nearly 20 years. They took care of my old nat gas furnace all those years, put in a central AC system over 10 years ago that has worked great. It’s needed service twice, once about seven years ago, and today. We let them know it was out yesterday around 4:30 pm and they were here before noon, earlier than expected. “My hot water tank broke on me overnight so I immediately called Aumenta Plumbing the following morning after going through reviews of local plumbers. They were able to make a visit a little over an hour after my call and after taking a look at my system, Carmine was able to confirm that it did need to be replaced and they had a replacement tank on hand so it could be done that day. He was back an hour later with all the supplies and did a careful and thorough job draining the old broken heater, switching it out with the new one, and getting all the pipes and vents in place. He was also able to help me look into a toilet flush issue that I also had and resolved it quickly as well.
