Excellent service! Tim was great, professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind! He diagnosed our problem within minutes and was able to address it with ease. Will definitely use them again and ask for Tim.
JG Services was referred out from AHS (Home Warranty Company). Most of the bad reviews for JG have to do with AHS. I never have good experiences with AHS and didn't have high expectations.They definitely exceeded my expectations. They were on time for the inspection and very professional and informative. They were helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!Don't read the reviews related to AHS. JG was great!
I specifically requested for JG Services through my home warranty based on their high ratings and they did not disappoint! Although it was a long day, they still made time to get my job done late at night. Derek was amazing in what he did. He took his time in diagnosing the issue and carefully explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. His level of dedication and professionalism goes above and beyond! Will keep JG Services as number 1 for future projects! Highly recommend!
