“1/25/26 - after Sunday snow storm, we woke up with no heat. My husband called several companies at 8am Sunday morning and no one answered. When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes! They were here with a large team and installed the new system, they were professional, efficient and did a great clean up job when finished.
