I need structure and accountability and now I dutifully show up at my required times on the required days to train! Guess what? This works so well for me! The semi-private training sessions with the extremely knowledgeable Coach Vic and Coach Chip really help to keep me motivated and focused and ensure I do things correctly and don't get hurt. I am 63-years old and see all age groups in the studio. The personalized program adapts to any level and builds (gets harder and heavier) and you progress. I also read their daily messages and am choosing to eat healthier most of the time! After the 6-week challenge, I see results and just signed up for 6-months more!“

333 Preston Ave # 3, Voorhees“Nexxt Level is a wonderful, full-service facility. I have seen softball, field hockey, basketball and karate there. They also have a ton of fitness classes. New this year is their full size indoor swimming pool - it's so nice. My youngest takes group swimming classes 2-3x a week and my middle child is enrolled in the unlimited group basketball training. The basketball staff (especially Fred!) is fantastic! My daughter's skills have increased exponentially in only a month. She loves the staff - not only do they know their stuff, they care about the kids. She loves coming here. We go 2-4 times a week depending on our schedule. I cannot say enough about the completely wonderful basketball training at Nexxt Level. Also, Nexxt Level has private and semi-private strength and conditioning. We typically do this in the winter months on the off season. They safely get your athlete stronger and faster quick! They are extremely knowledgeable and the kids really like to come and work out - they provide a fun and challenging experience!“

I went in because of pain in my lower back and was very nervous about having someone stretch me for an hour. Marty was very gentle and was good with feedback if I needed more or less pressure. Very professional and looking to help. It’s day one but I don’t feel any crazy soreness or pain but definitely less pressure in my back. This for pain management over time is worthwhile. Would love to go back regularly but I live hours away but I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.“

The staff could not have made me feel more welcome!The sessions are difficult, there is no denying that. The instructors will push you as hard as you are able, but no one will give you a hard time for not being able to do something or needing a break. I had to take breaks several times just getting too winded (hoping to change that ?).The staff and management seem to genuinely care about your fitness journey, and I am very excited to see where that journey goes!“
