“The owner is wonderful, as well as Joceline the girl in charge of the business, she is super kind and very welcoming and understanding to you’re grooming needs .
The groomers are also very experienced and delicate with they’re work.? They knew exactly what each of my furry baby’s needed done . Friends Grooming are truly very professional and their groomer’s and staff are all very passionate about their work. My dogs Stella, Luna, and finnigan were very comfortable here and wouldn’t stop giving them kisses .! I’m convinced that my doggies wanted to stay with them and play all day ! ?I love it here I will continue to come back. These past 2 years that I’ve been coming to them have been the greatest thing I’ve done to my doggies, friends grooming has made them look good all the time and has take care of them like their own .?I would highly recommend this pet grooming to everyone I meet and know because this establishment is worth the hype that my neighbors gave me 2 years ago when they introduced me to friends grooming for the first time ever since I’ve came every month and have been a loyal Client. He gets picked up later exhausted, happy as ever, and sometimes a little dirty from all the outside play (: Dennis and the rest of the staff are extremely accommodating with last minute schedule changes, and do such a great job of matching up dogs to play together with similar energy levels. Dr. Maier and Dr. Renaud came out to my home a few times when I couldn't make it into the office . Very accommodating to me and warm and caring to my animals . “We've been taking our dog Boomer here for about one year. He is very particular and we've been to a lot of groomers. He loves going to the Dog Room. He always comes back looking perfect and smelling great. The staff are extremely friendly and tell us how much they love Boomer and that he is a good boy. They are knowledgeable too. They told us once over the winter that he had some dry skin probably due to heat. They were right as confirmed by our vet. I highly recommend this place and so does Boomer.“

“It was our first time visiting this location and we loved it (as well as our Mandy)! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the welcoming and courteous staff and were impressed about how clean and bright this location was. They were well organized, efficient and truly seemed to care about all of the pets. Mandy's grooming was done very quickly and she come out all decked out for 4th of July! The pricing was reasonable and on par with other groomers we've used in the area. This is now our go to groomer and we highly recommend giving The Barking Lot a try!
