At one point my cat was at Pet Smart and I don't know what they did to him but he was not happy and it's been a challenge to get him cut since.. Let me tell you how comfortable I felt with him being cut here. They loved him, and I felt at ease. You not only gave Gizmo a beautiful cut but he is happy and so are we. “I stopped by at a spare of the moment to see if they had room to trim my Frenchies toenails. The girl at the desk no problem. We have room today which is a Saturday and she sent me up and I stopped by and they couldn’t have been more professional, they trimmed his nails and gave him some lotion on his pads of his paws. The price they charge, for that service was exceptionally great. I recommend this place to anybody with a dog that they think of as a member of the family.“

“This is absolutely the best place for my Ragdoll cat. They are so gentle and do a great job with her. She’s a scaredy cat but she does well here. They gave her a beautiful cut and she smelled so nice.I burst out laughing at the person who said he had a 9:00 appointment and they didn’t show up until 9:01. Are you kidding me? Don’t pay attention to his one star. Obviously, nothing would please this person.They do a fantastic job and this place is worth 10 stars.“
