Excellent customer service, made my anxious elderly dog feel relaxed. Catered to her needs and addressed my concerns. Quick services, timely alerts, clean facility. The animals are not stuffed in cages while waiting. They are put in play pens and are visible through windows. You can tell the staff loves their jobs and pets.

Poodles need a lot of routine grooming and because of their unique cut can be tricky to get right. Lily (no longer there) did a fabulous job on our little boy. They have. Lot of qualified groomers so hopefully we'll continue to like Oh So Pretty Pet Spa.

I took my Nellie ther for the first time , how enjoying it was too see animals smiling and wagging ther tails while having ther grooming the staff was very friendly the spa very well maintained ...But, to see the tails going weather cats or dogs was a complete pleasure unlike the place I was before P.S. which was ugly will say ..I would recommend this place for sure...
