“i only been seeing Dr Vaidya for about the past 5 years and she is exceptional, that i have complete trust in her, and highly recomment to anyone that you will get the best of eye care..but the billing dept is always harrassing me with billing statements not paid ,, essentially after every visit.. in which medicare and my aetna supplemental insurance has always paid all costs in a timely manner each time.as of now May 2022, i just receive my 3rd billing notice for services Feb 2022,, which was already paid by my insurance back in Mar 2022. this is a hassle that i certainly do not need .. where i contact aetna, who provides me paid billing info which i then pass to Exe Eye,, who Can Not find it .. and sends me another monthly bill .. always ,, see how often i write always ..“

She was able to correctly diagnose my condition and took the right call to refer me to retina specialist and I was able to be treated right away. I appreciate her sound judgment and would highly recommend her to all who are in need of an optometrist.“

So, my husband started going here and recommended it to me, so we went for our eye exams and I have to say they are wonderful. “I don't have enough kinds words for Dr. Kelleman...About a month ago, I woke up on Saturday with a painfully swollen eye and cheek, something I never experienced so I was really scared. I called Dr. Kelleman's emergency number which rang to his personal cell. He proceeded to spend close to an hour on the phone with me, talking through my symptoms, timeline, thoroughly reviewed the pictures I sent him via text message and overall calmed my panic. He should write a book on bedside manner. I've never felt so genuinely cared for by a doctor. He immediately called in medication which started to work in 24 hours oh and saved my vacation which was 3 days later. No question, I'm a grateful patient for life.“
