“Awesome studio! Great teachers and very zen vibe here - restorative yoga was super relaxing and meditative - loved the Sunday vinyin class as well. Can’t wait to try other services and classes they offer!“
“I attended the Gong Bath meditation class taught by Lisa on Tuesday's, it was absolutely wonderful. The studio is very vibrant and welcoming.“
“Dropped in on Sunday morning. The employees were welcoming and I was given a brief tour of the space. So easy overall to get checked in and find a spot!
The class was easy to follow along as somebody who doesn’t do yoga often. The cold towel at the end was a nice touch!“
“Facility was clean. Front desk was respectful and Peter has magic hands. His technique was flawless. I highly recommend him. Superb.“
“My experience with Dr Chris these past few weeks has been life-changing. I felt hopeless before, but he took the time to explain things to me that I never understood. I didnt know this type of help and healing was possible. I was referred to him and I am blown away by the amount of knowledge and care he has been able to provide me. Really getting to the root cause of my stomach, digestion, and stress problems and making adjustments physically for better quality of life and health- as well as teaching me what I can do at home for healthier habbits. Thankful for this practice and for Chris.“
“JSHY is seriously the best hot yoga studio around. I’ve been practicing there for over 13 years and I’ve seen my share of hot yoga studios come and go. None compare to JSHY in its energy, atmosphere, and community. Located blocks from the beach, the studio exudes an unpretentious laid back vibe where the instructors are chill, creative, and challenging. You’ll leave class with a relaxed mind and energized body.“
“Love love love! What an incredible experience- Lili is simply amazing. Her restorative class was delightful and delicious, starting with the soothing sounds of the harmonium, then the sequencing that just melted and rejuvenated our bodies and ending with the dreamy crystal bowls. Hands down the best restorative class I have been to- and I’ve been to a lot over the years living in LA, London and NYC. We floated out of there and didn’t want it to end!“
“My family began with Christian when he began in Wow. Of course, we fell in love with him, at first sight. He made yoga so exciting. Best instruction, focusing on Alignment, adjustments, never, ever, worrying about injury.I was a teacher, couldn’t afford taking my family every day to yoga. He gave us a family discount. Many years later, my daughters’ practices are beautiful in every way.We became a family of yogisThank you Christian?“
“Overall a great hot yoga studio, very clean, awesome selection of experienced instructors and class times, especially evening classes. Best of all, all experience levels are welcomed.“
“Very cozy studio… One of the most comforting yoga classes I’ve taken in a long time. I know I’ll sleep so well after this. Thank you :)“
“Kate is a wealth of knowledge about health and holistic living. She is clearly an expert at what she does and provides a calming and warm atmosphere. I recently went to do FloPresso and an Ionic footpath, I was full of stress prior to arriving and left with a lot of weight off my shoulders... I was very grateful that Kate checked in on me the next day and clarified some methods to deal with issues revealed from the foot bath.“
“As an injured dancer, Ann Yocum got me back on my feet. Yoga was the only thing that healed me. At first it was just the workout and stretch that hooked me but eventually I was able to understand the power of breath work. Ann’s patience and understanding of how the body works allows the student to feel confident in her classes. I began my training with Ann Yocum in 2013. I had no doubt that her training would be jam packed with everything I need to know to become a successful instructor. To this day, my students still comment on how detailed my teaching is. My reply is “it’s thanks to Ann Yocum”.P.S. I never miss a class when Ann is teaching. There’s always something new to take from such a dedicated teacher.“

“Visiting the Jersey shore and was looking for an Iyengar yoga school. The class was fantastic. Studio is well equipped and charming, and the instructor was excellent.“
“Best Club in the area by far. Has everything needed for a five star facility and is expertly staffed. Great classes, lots of access, nice clientele, professional staff.“
“Marga’s classes are both soothing and challenging, and her level of understanding of the body’s alignment has taught me to find comfort in my posture both in and out of yoga class. Highly recommend.“
“now im not going to give less stars bc i enjoy going and Sharon J. is awesome. But the woman who teaches the Friday 10am class has such a sense of entitlement that it ruins the entire hour for me.two women in class today got in 'trouble' - as if we’re still in grade school. one woman asked in the beginning of the class where to keep her phone so it's not distracting for the teacher. she was told to put it face down. i believe the woman had a baby and (rightfully so) wanted to keep it up and near her so she could see it. the other woman's phone went off in the middle of the class. mistakes happen. no one seemed to mind. the teacher gave a speech about the no phone policy - wasting class time, and embarrassing the poor woman, when we couldve just kept it moving and went on with class.i will not go as far to name the teacher but she went on and on about how she has kids too and this is not the time electronics.(no one is playing on their phone! they just wanted it next to them!) and if we can't abide by this rule 'then dont take this class' - how dare she. the teacher doesnt know anyone's story. she doesn't know that some people only have childcare during this one hour a week. she doesn't know if people have important jobs that they skipped out of for an hour but still need to be on call. she doesn't know if someone has an ailing grandparent and needs to have their phone by them at all times. she doesn't know if this hour only works for some schedules - work, kids, responsibilities, etc. i promise you, having your ringer off and your phone up next to you on the side does not distract ANYONE. She claims it gives her a glare. Bullsh1t. Then don’t look over there. some people do not have the option to just 'check out' for an hour and hope everything's ok. some people may simply have anxiety not being able to access their phone! we are all adults here and we can make our own decisions.i dont go to club pilates to hear a lecture. i go to work out and go home. she needs to change her attitude and her rules or she's going to have alot of people dropping out. the teacher is the only one disrupting the class.“
“Awesome! Loved the environment have been a member for over 2 years and have seen and felt great results! Sharon Is my fav instructor and pilates has got to be one of the best workouts Ive ever chose to do. Def feel sore after but also love the feeling. So glad I found this place!“
“So much to love about Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness! The summer beach yoga classes bring me so much joy. Year round, the classes are offered indoors or online - even in a video library I can access when I'm out of town. The teachers accommodate all skill levels - enjoyable for my flexible daughter or my aging self. The workshops are favorites too - from Sound Healing to Meditation. Lisa, the MBYW owner, has been particularly kind to me during some challenging times in my life. Plus she sells fabulous items like soft yoga attire and cool jewelry! I'm so glad I joined this studio!“
