“I was introduced to Fitboro through a friend. At first, I thought it was going to be for only a few classes as I prefer exercising by myself. But Fitboro and Alisha changed that. Alisha is a fantastic coach. To start with she is super fit herself and is a role model. She designs her program keeping in mind the current state of her trainees and gently nudges and pushes them to achieve more. Alisha is also extremely knowledgeable and can help correct problems with technique and structures her program to not only improve overall fitness and strength but also to address any weaknesses. I have found a tremendous improvement in my fitness and strength levels after several months of the Fitboro program. The training is very personal as the class sizes are small. I see myself continuing with the program and would certainly recommend Fitboro and Alisha to other fitness enthusiasts.“

Metra was a fantastic instructor, super personable, knowledgable and ensured we got our form right and had fun! “Lana is an amazing and talented teacher and Yogi. I always love her Aerial classes. I love the mix of the more challenging poses with the restorative poses, combined with her wisdom and knowledge of authentic Yoga, which she weaves throughout the class along with her guided meditation during Savasana. She is very nurturing and attentive to all students and always offers assistance to properly and safely get into or out of a pose. She is very motivating, gives you self-confidence, provides positive feedback, gives clear guidance and allows you to go at your own pace as needed. She is also open and accommodating to teach you new things if you ask or spend some extra time with you at the end if time allows. She also has a beautiful voice for the ending of class.
Highly recommend her class and this studio!! All the teachers are phenomenonal and have their own unique personalities and style and are supportive and down to earth. I always learn something new and always leave there feeling lighter. It has helped me in many ways outside of Yoga class. ??♀️ ??✨️“

I've only had three training sessions at The Fitness Doctor, and while I was washing the bottom of my feet in the shower today, I realized that I can now hold my balance on one foot without leaning on the wall of my shower! I can only attribute this to the work I've been doing with Karen. The exercises she's been teaching me have been challenging my balancing skills, but I didn't realize how powerful they were until I did not need to hold onto my wall for balance anymore!“

“I've been training with Wayne since the beginning of January so about 3-4 months now and I currently train with him 3 times a week. I have nothing but good things to say. Wayne is very experienced and knowledgable and it really shows in the workouts and exercises he selects and explains. He is very sociable and easy to get along with so each workout is always a blast. The workout area and equipment is very clean and he pays a lot of attention to detail, especially on proper form to avoid injury. I'm always exhausted after every workout but also feeling good and very motivated. I left a more detailed review on yelp. Price is also very competitive so I'm more than satisfied. In my opinion, it's very worth training with him if you're looking for a personal trainer.“
