    I was introduced to Fitboro through a friend. At first, I thought it was going to be for only a few classes as I prefer exercising by myself. But Fitboro and Alisha changed that. Alisha is a fantastic coach. To start with she is super fit herself and is a role model. She designs her program keeping in mind the current state of her trainees and gently nudges and pushes them to achieve more. Alisha is also extremely knowledgeable and can help correct problems with technique and structures her program to not only improve overall fitness and strength but also to address any weaknesses.     Fitboro ROCKS! I have been going to Fitboro for last 6 months and I am extremely happy how the fitness program is customized. The program changes on a weekly basis and there is variety of new things to try. I can see how I have improved my weight lifting capacity, overall health and fitness. I feel energized after the session. The trainer is amazing and extremely supportive. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is ready to work with you, then try this place! You will be happy!

    I have been training with Alisha for over 3 years. It is such a pleasure to work with someone that really listens to your personal health and fitness goals, and than plans the sessions to fit those goals. She is energetic and encouraging each and every time I see her. A friend had recommended her to me and I am so glad she did. Alisha wants you to be the best you can be and I feel that way after every session. Can't recommend her enough!

At Fitboro, the environment is friendly, relaxed, non-judgmental and fun. I will strive to help you meet your fitness goals in the best way for you. With a primary focus on your exercise and nutrition I will coach you towards making positive changes in your life that bring you closer to your goals. At Fitboro, I help my clients realize what they CAN do and push them to do THEIR best so they can get closer to their goals. To the best of each clients individual ability, I utilize high intensity interval training (short, intense bouts of exercise, versus long, not so intense sessions), weight lifting, body weight exercises, stretching, and nutritional guidance.
