“Long time service company we have been with them for general maintenance. But recently had our 100 year old boiler oil system converted to gas . These guys are top mechanics so great to communicate with , they explain everything how it all works . All the guys are super courteous. The job was super clean I was expecting bigger mess . Job came out flawless . Girls in the office also on top of everything kept in touch with me to let me know day by day schedule with the guys . I tell everyone you get what you pay for . “Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again. They made sure I thoroughly understood what was happening the entire time.

“I have used Albert Ellis three times this year for work on my 116 year old house in Moorestown. Each time, they responded as scheduled, performed the work quickly, and cleaned the work area thoroughly before leaving. They are a rarity among tradespeople these days, both in their reliability and in the quality of their work. Their charges are not unreasonable, and are never a surprise. They bill time by the hour, and always work quickly. This year, we hired Ellis to replace the drain in our 80 - 90 year old basement utility sink, which they did to a high standard. For the first time, we now actually have a clean-out in the line, which is very important. Also, we had them replace our 20 year old hot water heater, which, while still working, was doing so on "borrowed time." The new unit was quickly installed even though I had them switch the gas exhaust from an old, oversized chimney to a direct through-the-wall exhaust. They acquired the permit from the Township, and the inspector told me that the job was perfect in terms of code compliance.
