“Long time service company we have been with them for general maintenance. But recently had our 100 year old boiler oil system converted to gas . These guys are top mechanics so great to communicate with , they explain everything how it all works . All the guys are super courteous. The job was super clean I was expecting bigger mess . Job came out flawless . Girls in the office also on top of everything kept in touch with me to let me know day by day schedule with the guys . I tell everyone you get what you pay for . “Arrived unexpected to install replacement heat pump. Fast friendly service. They applied to the township for a permit that I wasn’t told of but I was responsible to pay for. They installed the heat pump without having the permit. I’m happy with the work, but I would recommend that anyone considering this contractor get competitive bids, I wish that I did.Service: HVAC system maintenance“

“Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again. “Frank came to my house in an emergency. I had a humidifier that was leaking. But what he found was my hot water heater did not have a vent and carbon monoxide was coming out of it. He literally saved my life and my daughter’s lives. He came for two days to help fix the horrible job that I had done three years ago by a different company on the air conditioner and heater. He fixed the humidifier and he vented the hot water heater and cleaned up the mess that the last air conditioning company did.
