“I know Mike for 20 years plus watched him grow up and start his business I recently had a full HVAC system installed in my home his crew was awesome (6-10-2022) very professional and helpful and also very neat !! My equipment wasn't ready to install on the original date due to vendor not having all my equipment . Michael came to my home on original date of installation to service my old unit at no charge to make sure we were ok if it got hot out during the 7 days we had to wait for vendor to get order in. This company is TOP NOTCH and I highly recommend them they saved my life . I cant live without AC . As of today my new unit is perfect ! Michael Gave me a call 2 hours after installation to make sure we were ok and happy. Again very Professional. Thank you Michael !!!! you have my business for life. “Coastal Air and people who work for them are more than excellent. Last night we had an emergency with the Air condition. After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. Took him a second to identify the issue and another some 10 minutes to repair. This is service.“

“We had two sets of furnaces and A/C replaced by American Dream Air. Very reasonable pricing (we compared with 2 other vendors) Great service and communication. Installers provided detailed explanation of the work performed. Very happy with the whole process!“

“My unit stopped producing cold air. They arrived less than an hour after I called and did not charge it as an emergency. Replaced a broken part and gave me information to help decide on replacing my 20 year old unit. Happy customer.“

“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took care of the problem in a couple of minutes and left us with our home heated with very reasonable invoice.
Almost forgot to mention that they came like lightning in spite of the weekend evening.

This company is very responsive and was able to send a plumber the day after I called; the only downside was that the first repair did not entirely resolve the issue so I had to call again and it was determined that the entire appliance needed to be replaced. However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“

“Had a tough clog in my lower main line. Spoke with Jersey Drains and they said they'd be out the next morning at 10am. 9:50am they were there and by 10:30am my lines were flowing freely again. Great pricing and didn't try once to upsell me on anything like other places I've used in the past have. Will definitely call them up for any other issues and would highly recommend to my friends and family.“

“Michael came in cheaper than all the other quotes I received, but more importantly he is very honest about everything. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me lots of great advice on small things I could do myself to save on heating and cooling costs. He also took care of everything. I have worked with other contractors that were very good, but some of the very minor "help" I provided to other contractors, such as picking up a permit, Michael insisted on doing himself. And there was no cleanup I needed to do after he was done.“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time.
