“I had my AC die on us a Saturday early morning with high 90s forecasted for the day. I called Air One and left message if someone can out in the weekend to look at AC. Mike from Air One returned my call right away and from the phone and me by the AC, he told me what was going on. The earliest Mike could send tech out was Sunday morning. I did find another HVAC company to come out on Saturday but the issue was what Mike described over the phone. I would use Air One for any future HVAC problems or maintenance!“

“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to troubleshoot your problem and trying to upsell you some service or whatever while he’s waiting for an answer, the whole time your being charged $150.00 an hour. Rich came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, completed the repair, all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend D&R and would use them I the future.“

“ok so i had to call them knowing i would be in for it. yes my friends the technicians are, so far, all good, its the payment you have to be concerned about. house call, charge, plus work charge plus anything else they can come up with. they have a good business, nice people but !!! house call charge if you make a minor adjustment or nothing, fine. but adding a house call charge to the bill for charged work is shaky. think about it. not many do this. i will still call when needed only because i do like the people“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. “I had a couple of minor pipe leaks that needed repairing. Dennis was able to come and make the repairs within 2 days, which was great considering these repairs weren't an emergency. Dennis quickly assessed what needed to be done and explained it clearly. He's obviously made similar repairs many times before - it didn't take him long to make the repairs and the results look better than new! All that for a fair price. I highly recommend Dennis.“
