“We highly recommend Steven at Mainstream Plumbing & Heating. Our first experience with Mainstream Plumbing & Heating was in 2020 during Covid when we lost hot water in our house. Our previous plumber went out of business and luckily Steven was available. He diagnosed the issue and explained that we needed a new water heater. Even though supply was tight, he was able to find a new Rheem water heater and install it quickly. We previously bought a warranty extension kit for our old water heater and even though previous plumber installed it, Steven promised to file claim with manufacturer to reclaim money for us. We were pleasantly surprised that Steven contacted us a few months later to give us the warranty money that he recovered. We are extremely grateful for his honesty and integrity! Throughout the years he has fixed the toilet flush valves in 2 of our bathrooms, fixed clogged bathroom sink and replaced the drain and replaced a leaking shower fixture. Most recently he troubleshooted the loss of water pressure in our kitchen and discovered that the shut off valves had failed and discharged debris towards the faucet causing a blockage issue. Steven's work is impeccable and he is always prompt, clean and utilizes the best materials. He explains the problem clearly and provides fair estimates given his expertise and quality of work. “I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.

“Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile.
