He fell in love, at first sight, with the vet techs and Dr. Dick! He was comfortable lying on the floor with his head on the vet tech's lap. Dr. Dick was gentle informative, thorough and made sure my dog was comfortable with each step. WOAH clearly has a love for animals and a deep respect for the people who love their pets. “I recently moved from Ireland to New York with my 7 year old rescue Greyhound, Picasso. He doesn’t particularly love going to the vets and I needed to get him a vaccine. From the first email I sent to East Village Animal Clinic explaining how nervous and timid Picasso can be they put me at ease. Picasso has been to the clinic twice now for vaccinations and both times every single member of staff we’ve interacted with from the receptionists to the vet nurses to veterinarians have been so patient and friendly. “I’m in tears actually, as I post this!! All 6’3” and 425lbs of tattooed and pierced burly bearded man, that I am!! This place must have been blessed by Jesus- these staff members, vet techs, vets, and all the above r literally going to have mansions in heaven!! I had rescued these two fur babies from a bad situation/ not a shelter or rescue place- a cold backyard in the hood inside a 30 something inch rusty foldable wire crate they could barely lay down in together!! They hadn’t eaten all day at least- who knows why, at only 18 months old (if that’s really how old they r) someone would abandon them??? I was told they were show dogs?? Did they lose a show? Where they too much to love or handle? Who know who cares but I came to the rescue!! Even tho I’m on a fixed income receiving SSI for my mental and physical health- which I wasn’t always this way- and NO ONE within several miles of me wanted to help!! I had blew over $300 I didn’t have sending my bank account under negative by hundreds and THIS PLACE HELPED ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD!! I don’t have pet insurance and no credit thing or funding thing will help me cause credit wise I don’t exist!! BUT THEY DID!! They worked with me so I could ensure they got their shots and dewormer- I now have another issue and the vet place I went to by me charged me over $3000 JUST TO SEE WHATS GOING ON!! This place quoted me less than or about half that!! And said they’d still work with me and also help me find resources to make it happen!! I love these dogs and I like them needed a second chance and for someone to take a chance on me and they need that too!! But as much as I love my babies if I had to surrender then or one of them so they COULD get the help they need I would do whatever I have to so that they’re ok!! I’m not selfish!! But I do wanna keep my babies as they’re r and we’re bonded to each other and now to me as well!! And they’ve been through enough!! They deserve the best in life!! And I thank and bless everyone at the VIP Animal Hospital here in Elizabeth- and soon will find out how the Wayne location is cause they’re closer to where I live!! But I must say so far my experience has been nothing but a blessing!!! Thank God there’s still decent ppl in the world!!“

“Dr. Pietrzyk and her staff are the best vets in the tristate area! In early August, Myself and my 2 dogs moved to NYC from bucolic CT. One of my dogs has great anxiety and refused to go to the bathroom for a week. Dr. P reassured me that things would work out and they did with the help of Trazadone. Callie, a 12 year old Wheaten delivered black pigmentation on her back about a year ago. Other vets did not know what it was. I took her to Dr. P and within seconds she diagnosed the condition and started her on a medicine and cream to stop itching and cure pigmentation. Tribeca Ivy Pets are wonderful!!!!
