“I recently used Elite Roofing Solutions in Fords, NJ to replace my roof, soffits, fascia and gutters.I called the office to get a free estimate and an appointment was made for the following day. Victor, the owner of Elite Roofing Solutions showed up right on time. He did a complete inspection and measurement of the roof which was 30 years old and in need of replacement. He gave me a written estimate explaining every detail of the work and exactly what materials would be used.After getting estimates from 2 other roofing companies, I decided to go with Elite Roofing Solutions based on the fact that Victor was extremely knowledgeable and a hands on owner who went over every detail of the project. Victor scheduled the installation and it was done exactly in the time frame that he gave me. Victor was present for much of the installation process.After the installation, the crew was meticulous in cleaning up using nail magnets around the entire property and cleaning up the debris from the old roof. In fact, the property looks better than before they started ! “I used NJAHC to install a new roof two years ago. Although I rarely leave reviews, I left one at that time commending the work of the entire team. The staff was superb, and their service, efficiency, workmanship and overall demeanor were exceptional.Following a major rainstorm last week, we had a small water problem with unknown origin. When I left a message with NJAHC mentioning the issue (and that we had plumbers looking into its origin), not only did I receive a call back within hours, but Jon (the owner) came to my home to explore -- he went above and beyond what I would expect of our roof installer by exploring our attic to basement to try and identify the origin of the problem.At this moment, we have not yet identified the issue, but both our plumbing company (Air Group) and Jon have been outstanding. Jon indicated that he "hopes it is a roof issue", because if it is, he knows that he can easily solve any problem.Unfortunately, this type of service and accountability is rare in the service industry. “HIGHLY recommended. I came out because I had a leak way up on my roof in the vent stack. The guys came on time and went way up there and fixed it really, really well. They showed me photos of the old cover and it was in ruins. I also saw how they did the new one and by their work I could tell they were really knowledgeable on how to work on roofing. I asked about other parts of the roof, where they could have charged me more, but instead gave me some free advice and inspected the roof and patched some nail pops at no extra charge. I am going to hire them to do more just because they did such a great job with this small project. I am confident they do quality work, and I have an eye for how things are done. I am actually contacting them right now to do some more work for me. A very smart way to do business, I think this company is going to go very far.“

It eliminates the need for those annoying vertical blinds. The door opens and closes so easily, even my elderly mother can manage the door. “We recently had a rock hit our 2nd floor double hung window, the landscapers' equipment had shot the rock up in the air and we were stuck with one of the double panes in the window broken. My husband had called around several glass replacement centers in our area and were quoted astronomical prices for repair and received very poor customer service from these establishments. All turned around for us when he called Gorkin Glass. Mercedes answered the phone in a friendly and professional manner and offered many repair options and answered all of our questions we had regarding our needed repair. Gorkin's quote was much less than other establishments and again the customer service was top notch. My husband took the window out and brought it to Gorkin. They said that it might take 2 1/2 weeks to repair and we received a call in exactly one week that the window was ready for pick up. This was just in time for Thanksgiving. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Gorkin Glass and their staff, specifically Mercedes and James. This establishment was a pleasure to do business with and we will use them again if we have another unfortunate glass accident in the future. We recommend Gorkin Glass to anyone who is looking to fix a broken window with the utmost professionalism and good old school excellent customer service.
