“HIGHLY recommended. I came out because I had a leak way up on my roof in the vent stack. The guys came on time and went way up there and fixed it really, really well. They showed me photos of the old cover and it was in ruins. I also saw how they did the new one and by their work I could tell they were really knowledgeable on how to work on roofing. I asked about other parts of the roof, where they could have charged me more, but instead gave me some free advice and inspected the roof and patched some nail pops at no extra charge. I am going to hire them to do more just because they did such a great job with this small project. I am confident they do quality work, and I have an eye for how things are done. I am actually contacting them right now to do some more work for me. A very smart way to do business, I think this company is going to go very far.“

“I used NJAHC to install a new roof two years ago. Although I rarely leave reviews, I left one at that time commending the work of the entire team. The staff was superb, and their service, efficiency, workmanship and overall demeanor were exceptional.Following a major rainstorm last week, we had a small water problem with unknown origin. When I left a message with NJAHC mentioning the issue (and that we had plumbers looking into its origin), not only did I receive a call back within hours, but Jon (the owner) came to my home to explore -- he went above and beyond what I would expect of our roof installer by exploring our attic to basement to try and identify the origin of the problem.At this moment, we have not yet identified the issue, but both our plumbing company (Air Group) and Jon have been outstanding. Jon indicated that he "hopes it is a roof issue", because if it is, he knows that he can easily solve any problem.Unfortunately, this type of service and accountability is rare in the service industry. “We purchased our home in 2021. It was the original siding and thanks to a few good storms we lost some of it. Come to find out we had some other issues going on under it. We decided to remodel our exterior and upgrade the front of our home with stone work. After getting referrals from neighbors we received 4 quotes, all great companies. We decide to go with Tri -State, not because of the price, but there representative Jordan was very patient with us. He didn’t try to sell us on anything but instead took the time to walk us through the project, explain what the materials were and why they were important. He gave us options to not only choose from but that would work within our budget. He made himself available to us at all hours of the day and night and worked on getting us samples so we had something to physically see and compare. Choosing siding and stone is not easy from a magazine. Jordon also took the time to find homes they had worked on and showed us photos of the final product, really helping us visualize it on our home and bring it all together. The staff at Tri-State were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our project manager was also outstanding. Marcelo was here on day one and came throughout the project. He kept an open line of communication with us, which in our opinion, is very important. We did come across a couple minor issues but each one was addressed and corrected immediately. Marcelo came out personally on his day off to address them. This made things very easy for us. Our overall experience was great and we LOVE how our exterior came out. In our experience we can say when Tri-State says they stand by there product and work, they truly mean it.
