“After reaching out to numerous "duct cleaning" businesses found on facebook and realizing they were all scams, I heard about Wilson duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, they were super nice and informative. The gentleman on the phone answered all of my questions, returned my messages efficiently, and left me feeling at ease.The first appointment was rescheduled due to rain-- they informed me that the workers would be in and out of the house and did not want to track dirt and mud around which I thought was mindful of them-- rather than simply making money, they were more concerned with keeping my interior clean.On the 2nd scheduled date, they arrived on time and there were multiple workers who obviously knew what they were doing. They cleaned all of my ducts and returns and it was clear (by the sounds of debris entering their vacuum) that the process was working! “All county has been doing our church's carpeting for several years now and before that my home. They have always been prompt and on time, friendly workers, and done a great job. this time at our church a week or so ago was no exception. they were on time, and the fellow who came worked quickly and thoroughly. He was very nice and even offered to help me bring a large table up from downstairs I was having a bit of a hard time with. The carpet was heavily stained and we do it once a year but it really should be done twice a year. It was a mess and All County did a respectable job on it. It looks like a different carpet now! Their price is not unreasonable for the area they covered. We have a group in one of the rooms part of the time of Alzheimer's patients and they work nicely around them working with our timing.
