Our basement flooded due to a failed sump pump and Servpro of Bridgewater arrived the same day and went to work. The crew was amazing! They not only worked tirelessly but were respectful of the rest of my home by covering the floors they had walk on to carry out the ruined contents of my basement. Matt Prout, the Operations Manager, checked what had to be done and Gus and his crew were amazing. ServPro worked closely with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They put me in touch with Black Tip Construction who took over the next phase of putting my basement back together. Our home was damaged by a sock that became stuck in the sink drain in our laundry room. These guys were on site in 45 minutes, removed the lifted flooring & had our basement dried out & looking like nothing happened to it in under a week. The office staff was super helpful when I had questions about submitting my claim.
