Have had 2 really great experiences here. I used to go to another location, but this one is super efficient and the staff is so pleasant. They made a routine appt into a really enjoyable time!
This review is regarding the answering service.
I called here to ask a question and confirm if they accept minors, however the virtual answering service only sets up appointments or checks on the status of orders. There is no option to speak to a real person.
This is not only discerning because it means I would have to take a trip to this location and risk it being for nothing, I prefer to have a location where I can get in touch with a human if necessary.
Due to the lack of phone customer service, this location is missing a vital component to even get higher than a 4-star rating. 3-stars fit since the automated call service is relatively pointless...read full review
