Had a few changes to make to the glasses they made after a couple of weeks and Basit was really kind and made sure the changes could be made hassel free. Would absolutely recommend this place to people in Newport.
Excellent service. I’ve been going to Newport Vision for 15 years. Their doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The eyeglass selection has all the latest styles and Mary and Millie are the best at making sure my insurance covers it all! Highly recommend them.
Went for a regular eye exam. Friendly staff and doctor. Good and thorough exam. There was some confusion about my charges but the next day they called me to refund the extra charges. Definitely ask for the manager if there’s any doubt about your bill. Barring that overall it was a great experience!
