His estimates were reasonable and transparent since you would purchase / choose directly from his vendors and get his discount. He also does not try to push more than is needed based on your goal. The project was on time with no real surprises unless we chose something outside of original plan. Our house was neat at the end of every day. Our bathroom is now modern, elegant and spa like.
