“My parents used Ideal Plumbing Solutions to get their hot water heater replaced last year. They went with this company because they were the only company that got back to them right away. Gideon came out within 24 hours of the call to diagnose the issue, then came back two days later (He had another customer that needed a repair the next day) first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. He did very professional and prompt work and I don't feel like he screwed them around at all.
I was working from home when he changed the unit out, he had trouble getting the tank up the stairs due to the sheer amount of sediment and water still left in it and how steep the stairs were. He was going to come back with a friend to help him get it up the stairs at a later time, but I ended up helping him which I didn't mind what so ever. I did appreciate him not wanting to bother us with helping him even though it was no problem. I recommend him on social media whenever i can!“

“I found out about Wayne as he was the contractor that installed the new septic tank at my house for the previous owner before I bought the place. He did a great job on that septic system and I've used him several times for other excavating needs since.Most recently he replaced underground power line to a shed for me, and he also excavated behind and repaired a brick retaining wall at my house that was pushing in from being built improperly by the previous owner.Wayne does all the work himself, so he makes sure everything is done absolutely right, there's no subcontractors or helpers to cut corners or screw up the job. Also his pricing is very reasonable, I highly recommend Wayne for any sort of job that involves excavating.“
