“Knowledgeable, patient, and caring team of professionals there. I have nothing but a good things to say about this office that was recommended to me by my neighbor.
I decided to switch from a neighboring vet clinic because I was tired of 5 minute visits with medication only and no word of the cause or prevention.
This office is different, the visits are longer because the doctor actually takes her time to explain the possible root of the problem, the strategy of treating and some animal anatomy. I will surely come back there with my pets.“

“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.“

“We HIGHLY recommend West Village Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Angela Hildenbrand. Dr. Hildenbrand is empathetic, compassionate, highly intelligent, and well-versed in veterinary care. She is also humble enough to know her limitations and help arrange appointments with specialists (the next day!) who can properly diagnose specialized issues.

Our dog, unfortunately, passed from his multiple chronic conditions, but our lasting memory of Dr. Hildenbrand will be her compassion toward our little guy. He was rapidly losing weight and had a diminished appetite in his final days, unable to lift his head due to a fast-growing mass on his neck. Without hesitation, Dr. Hildenbrand grabbed a can of food, got down on the floor, and began hand-feeding him at his level. Somehow she was able to get him to eat during our visit. It makes us tear up every time we think about it. In the nearly 15 years of our beautiful dog's life, we have never witnessed that level of compassion shown to him and us, his parents. If and when the time comes for us to get another dog, we will be seeing Dr. Hildenbrand WITHOUT A DOUBT. We enthusiastically recommend her and West Village Veterinary Hospital.“

They are warm and welcoming.
They answer my questions and help me with finding pet insurance.
The Veterinary and her assistant were so kind and gentle with my Chewy during his checkup.
At the end of my chewy exam one of the other staff addressed me with instructions of how to administer his medication.

The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff's communication was spot-on and they clearly had Jacques' best interests in mind. Dr. East (as always , so compassionate) made excellent recommendations and spent a lot of time discussing everything with me. “I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat“

“I absolutely love it here. I have brought my big boy Theodore here for a check up and my new little kitten Rosalie here for her first check up! I absolutely love this place the staff is very nice and Victoria is the absolutely the best. The new kitten WILL be getting spayed by her because I trust her so much.
