While the surgery was completely successful, my left league had atrophied to the point I could not walk without a cane.I was fortunate enough to get Michelle as my trainer. We worked together approximately 4 months. The results were outstanding. We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day. I cannot recommend her enough as a skilled, supportive trainer and thoughtful, incredible coach to have as you navigate motherhood and life.“

Jamie trains me twice a week and for the first time in 40 years, I've now realized how important weight training is and how good you feel doing it. She creates my session just for me, I feel so much stronger and love it. It's an atmosphere where all the trainers know each other and make it fun while working out - it's a great community. I've been to classes as well and the group size is just right and they give you modifications if you need them. It's a good group of clientele who like to have a good time while working out. Jamie and Jimmy are a local neighborhood family who love being in fairmount and their new space next to the post office is perfect for personal training and classes.“
