“My experience at Mellow Massage was fabulous! I was given a gift card which was what led me to check it out and I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly. I worked with J and she was fabulous! She made sure I was comfortable, helped me relax and gave a me a wonderful massage! Would definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon!“
“Short and simple—it doesn’t get any better than this! Clean and friendly; all skill levels welcome!“
“This journey, if you choose to take it, is a life changing one.For me, getting into the Intermediate class is when I really got the high of jiu-jitsu, becuase thats where essentially all sparring happens and you really start getting in touch with the art, the people, and the work. Really loved it but I got a concussion during a very intense standing spar (not very common in this sport). Being a grad student, this was really bad, but Phil and the team listened to what happened and helped me out.“
“As a beginner I was unsure what to expect, but Camille was informative and made my experience fun. Recommend“
“This studio is clean and inviting. Casey is a very attentive instructor, she really guides and makes sure your movement is correct . I highly recommend.“
“As a beginner in yoga, I was apprehensive about starting something out of my comfort zone. I'm 58, portly, and non athletic. This place is so warm (no pun intended) and inviting. A no judgment zone where anyone can do as much or as little as you can. The fellow yogis are delightful and come from all walks of life. If in doubt, try it. After about 6 classes, I feel like I really want this in my life. Results are noticeable quickly. Yin yoga on Wednesday night is a fantastic starting point for any beginner.“
“The faculty and staff at this studio are all absolutely top-notch. Vince, Ron, Rylee, Tyger-B, Lauren, Emily, (and one woman whose name escapes me) have all contributed beautifully to the immaculate energy of this studio.

Shoutout to Vince who is the heart of this studio.“
“Great strength building programming and coaching!! The trainers listen to your goals and help make plans to accomplish them. The community is very friendly as well.“
“If you have chronic pain, or an injury, or just general aches and discomfort from overwork or posture, you should try working with this guy. I had a massage from Adrian a few months ago thanks to a gift certificate I was given last Christmas. If I could afford to, I would see him every week. Our session did go a little over time because he gave me the time I needed to try to work out where I thought my pain was coming from, and I thank him for that. He let me talk the entire time and ask him questions, which I did to try to help him figure out where the origin of my neck pain was, but he seemed to know just by feel and yeah… In one session he was able to teach me the correct range of motion for my neck when I turn it to the left. He showed me how the pain and stiffness I felt when turning my head was due to chronic bad posture. It was beyond enlightening. I try to work on my posture all the time, but I never feel like I am in control of it because I’ve never had proper posture due to a sedentary upbringing.Getting my neck to turn all the way to the left without my shoulder tightening felt like some kind of spiritual miracle, like my body has been wanting to return to some some proper state of function my whole life. He showed me how what I thought was normal when I turned by head was actually my traps straining to stabilize my head and how I actually have to go against my body’s instinct to tighten my shoulders. One day when I’m not living paycheck to paycheck I will attempt to make a regular appointment with Adrian. I have had some great massages before but not like this. This was an eye opening experience I think about months later.“
“Had a private restorative yoga class today and it was awesome. As someone fairly (completely) new to yoga, the thought of this was daunting to say the least. Carly worked with me and was very professional - highly recommended and I'll be back for sure.“
“Started practicing a few months ago, and it has completely changed my outlook on health, and mindfulness. Nicole is a remarkable teacher, and inspires me to continue learning.“
“This yoga studio has an instructor for everyone. It's just about finding the right one for you. I personally enjoy that you will find classical yoga here. It's not watered down by extreme western influence and it sticks to its roots and culture. A respectful space and inclusive. They are also very accommodating to areas you want to work on. The studio is very big too.“
“I highly recommend Reiki My Yoga. I live out of state and always schedule a visit with Sae for one of her Sound Bath Meditation sessions while I am in South Jersey. I've gone to other sessions in other places and they just don't equate. I find Sae's Sound Bath Sessions to be very soothing as she leads a guided meditation joined with the healing vibrations of the large variety of singing bowls, bells, flutes, and other calming sound waves. Visiting the Reiki My Yoga studio is a great way to center yourself, heal, and recharge your energy. <3“
“Most transformational yoga teacher ever and most definitely the best in the tri-state area. Gabi’s knowledge and classes are like medicine. So grateful for Gabi’s guidance, classes and privates.“
“Highly recommend - The space is clean, and my treatment was personalized and really high quality. My interactions with the owner and therapist, Kat, were great! Cannot recommend enough.“
“Great place. Good Vibe. Good Energy(plus have everything you need there if new to Yoga)“
“I almost don't want to write a review because I want to keep this place a secret - it is that incredible of a place. Warm, welcoming, calming. I did the PEMF mat - and my anxiety completely melted away. I felt SO amazing after. Will be coming here monthly as a part of self-care. Thank you!!!“
“I met the owner Justin through jiu jitsu and it may be the most important connection I have ever made. My wife, son and I now do yoga weekly with Justin in the studio and it has transformed our lives and relationship as a family. The location is intimate and cozy, giving you a comfortable feeling when you walk in the door. The classes are fun and challenging but you control how challenging you want to get. I have done Yoga a bunch of times with other teachers and NONE have ever been as good as Justin, he is REAL. Since practicing yoga at Yoga Rebellion, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall mental and physical health. I have improved my flexibility, I have grown more aware of the areas in my body that need work and I have built strength. There are a million places to go to try yoga but if you want the one that is going to leave you feeling better about yourself, this is the one.“
“That place was totally wonderful. That class made me feel like a new man. Can’t wait to go back there again“
“Great place. People were friendly and made me feel welcome (I don't go to many meditation or yoga studios). Really enjoyed the session and plan on going back.“
“Excellent experience getting some IV nutrition with the team! 10/10 will go back again!“
“This place is a safe haven for moms, or any woman looking to take her health journey seriously. Dilly is a force to be reckoned with. She will make you hate her and love her all in one session. The results don’t lie though, there’s a method to get madness. Trust the tiny power ranger, she knows the way. In Dilly and Fit moms I trust!“
“Lisa is a great therapist! She is able to get rid of so many aches and pains, you really feel fantastic after your massage. I recommend her with no reservations, she is a 5 star therapist.“
“I love Colleen Seng’s Align and Unwind classes on Wednesday nights at 7:30. She begins the class with a meditation to calm you down after a long day, postures that relieve stress in the body and mind and ends with a yoga Nidra. I always sleep better after this class! Thank you! ❤️“
