I live in Florida and I have been wearing my hair natural, no heat, for the last 9 years. On my recent trip to NJ I decided I wanted to get a wash, cut and silk press. Johana and her staff treated me like a queen from the moment I walked in. The staff is very warm and greets you with complementary drinks and snacks. The salon is very organized and the service is amazing. I received an amazing shampoo service , deep a condition and followed by a rough blow dry. I really wanted Johana and the staff to understand that I was concerned about my hair not lasting straight and about having permanent damage from straightening. My first time at the salon. Johanna was so kind to squeeze me in for an appointment. Customer service was outstanding. I got a haircut and blowout by Johanna, she exceeded my expectations. Denise washed my hair, she took her time and even gave me a head message. I will definitely be back again.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

My experience was nothing, but amazing. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged, greeted and attended. Hair wash was incredible (questioned my preferred water temp) massaged my scalp while conditioning I was extremely relaxed. I do not remember this young lady’s name, but she continued to do an amazing job with straight blow drying my hair and flat ironing it.Eisener and Johanna worked together to give my hair the perfect square one length cut. I couldn’t have felt more beautiful my hair really needed the change.
