Jeanette at the hair salon is the most amazing person. I trust her with my life when she does my hair! She is so good and makes me feel so welcomed. This woman is God's gift to the world.

when i first ever went there to color my natural hair - Leslie advised me for a glaze instead to keep the health of my hair and looked out for me instead of just doing whatever I asked for (I really had no idea about what hair color does for you at this point). Norbeya also has never ever disappointed me whatsoever in the handful of times I have gone to her!

I entered with a "doe-stuck-in-headlights" look about me, but not one salesperson bothered asking if I need assistance. I wandered around the store looking for a specific item and finally walked out again - empty-handed. ?
