This company is very responsive and was able to send a plumber the day after I called; the only downside was that the first repair did not entirely resolve the issue so I had to call again and it was determined that the entire appliance needed to be replaced. However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“

“ok so i had to call them knowing i would be in for it. yes my friends the technicians are, so far, all good, its the payment you have to be concerned about. house call, charge, plus work charge plus anything else they can come up with. they have a good business, nice people but !!! house call charge if you make a minor adjustment or nothing, fine. but adding a house call charge to the bill for charged work is shaky. think about it. not many do this. i will still call when needed only because i do like the people“

“Michael came in cheaper than all the other quotes I received, but more importantly he is very honest about everything. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me lots of great advice on small things I could do myself to save on heating and cooling costs. He also took care of everything. I have worked with other contractors that were very good, but some of the very minor "help" I provided to other contractors, such as picking up a permit, Michael insisted on doing himself. And there was no cleanup I needed to do after he was done.“
