“Tony has worked for our 150 year-old building on three occasions. The first time, our upstairs tenant reported a mouse problem. A previous exterminator had come but the problem persisted. Tony boldly pulled out the washer, then the stove, looking for holes. The stove showed the source of the infestation. Later when the city dug out the street we had rats in the basement. Tony was patient and thorough in locating the holes, advising how to refill them and laying traps. He also advised on different ways to get rid of odors. Once the holes were filled by a mason, all has been quiet. He spent upwards of an hour on his last visit, full of advice and showing experience in locating points of entry. His long experience and vigorous approach get results.“
