I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of texting Lena. Dayana, the technician, came out to my house and made the process extremely easy. She had all of the equipment and talked us through the process. She made us feel so much more at ease and I am also lice free. We had been dealing with lice in our family for a couple of weeks before we discovered Lice Free Noggins. Happy we discovered them; we were able to schedule a housecall for the same day. We had all family members checked as per Lena's advice and were glad we did as two family members that we had previously thought did not have lice were discovered to have lice.
