“Florence Family Dental is amazing. The Dental Hygienists and the Dentists have been so nice to me. Their chairs have a massage and heat function and they give you sun glasses just to make all their patients comfortable. I have never waited long in the lobby to be called. It's usually right at my appointment time.

I have had several dentists in the past who have not listened to my concerns and my anxiety about getting cavities filled. I'm the type that they have to put 5 shots in my face just to begin to numb the area. So I have felt the pain of drilling before and it scares me.

The one cavity I had filled with Florence Family Dental, Dr. Blum was so kind and reassuring. He understood my anxiety and didn't make me feel silly for having it. He promised me that the cavity was so shallow that he could drill without the numbing agents and I wouldn't feel anything. I was so scared but he was right. He handled it so delicately and I didn't feel anything.

It's really nice to have a dentist who cares and works to undo the trauma I have from other dentists I've had in the past.

I have a small mouth & she gives me time in between, never rushing & always considerate. She is patient & sympathetic to pain. Gives good tips on how to maintain oral health & if I need a nudge she states comfortably. The front reception (Stef & Jane) are friendly & upbeat, always welcoming & helpful.
