My husband and I are patients for over 30 years. The staff is first rate. Friendly and professional. If we've ever had dental emergency, they have always fit us in the schedule. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else
Regular cleaning with a different hygienist went well. The staff had just relocated to a new office space two days before and were settled and very amicable. Always a pleasant experience.
This is the best dental experience I have EVER had. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist before Smile Shop Newtown due to such awful experiences in the past, but this is now no longer the case. The staff at the front desk, hygienists and docs are all incredible. They truly make you feel welcomed, and are there to support you in a non-judgmental way with any work you would like done. This place helped me get over my life-long fears and has made me more confident in my smile, so I really can't recommend this place enough!
